Fairfield’s Zack Lynskey and last season’s Petaluma Speedway Rookie of the Year John Clark will be regulars with the Elk Grove Ford Sprint Car Challenge Tour presented by Abreu Vineyards. Lynskey came close to a traveling 360 win last season in Petaluma, leading much of the race before finishing an impressive second to Sean Becker.
For Clark the 2017 campaign will be his second in a Winged Sprint Car and going into it he commented, “We’re really looking forward to running with the new Sprint Car Challenge Tour. We’re also going to compete weekly at various tracks to try and accumulate more valuable seat time. We’re always looking to gain consistency and improve every step of the way. We are excited to get the SCCT season started in Antioch on April 1.”
